Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
