AOR Zen Theanine - Contains L-theanine, a calming amino acid which is beneficial for those who suffer from stress and anxiety, or those who find it difficult to focus, relax, or fall asleep. L-theanine is a unique amino acid found almost  exclusively in green tea. It helps reduce nervousness and restlessness, promoting relaxation but without causing drowsiness. L-theanine takes effect within 30-40 minutes and alters brain wave activity, calming racing thoughts and creating feelings of “zen” while promoting alertness and concentration.
